A true Rotorua institution since 1968
Chapman’s has been famous in Rotorua since 1968 for its crowd-pleasing menu. Chapman’s was named after Thomas Chapman, a missionary who came to Rotorua with his wife who were both highly regarded in the area for their hospitality. Just like Thomas Chapman himself, we pride ourselves on our hospitality providing a buffet built off the best parts: delicious food, service, atmosphere and tradition.
